A booking fee of 50 percent of the rent becomes payable upon confirmation of your booking. The provisional booking is only final upon receipt of the booking fee by the hotel. The remaining 50 percent of the rent becomes payable at arrival at the latest. A security deposit of CHF 1000 will be charged to your credit card to cover for any damages to the house, the furniture and equipment etc. and/or for any additional cleaning costs in case of extensive use.

Cancellations must be received in writing (by e-mail, ordinary mail or fax) by the Hotel in order to be valid.  Cancellations that occur later than 60 days before the planned arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the rent. Cancellations that occur later than 14 days before the planned arrival and no shows are subject to a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the rent. Guests are strongly recommended to take out adequate cancellation insurance. 

The Chasetta Allegra will be ready for you on the arrival date after 3 p.m. You are kindly asked to leave the Chasetta Allegra on the departure date until 10 a.m. Rentals are possible from Saturday to Saturday.

Kindly note that unfortunately no pets can be allowed in the Chasetta Allegra at all times.

The landlord shall not be liable for loss of any valuables etc.

Prices include weekly cleaning of the Chasetta Allegra on each Saturday. If excessive cleaning were necessary, we would take the liberty to charge any such additional costs to your account. Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen upon departure.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises of Chasetta Allegra.
